Meet your teachers

Eric & Bria Bird

Dance brought us together. Teaching lets us share it.

Partners with experience to share.

We met on a dance floor. Since then, we have competed professionally in American Smooth, opened our own studio, and taught ballroom, social dance, line dance, group classes and workshops.

That background matters, but your lesson is about you. Whether you are trying dancing for the first time or refining what you already know, we make the next step clear and purposeful.

Eric Bird

Make the movement make sense.

Eric earned a minor in Ballroom Dance at BYU and served as a teaching assistant for intermediate and advanced American Social Dance from 2008 to 2012. He explains how movement connects to the music. Expect practical guidance and a manageable set of things to work on.

Bria Bird

Find comfort in the connection.

Bria earned a minor in Ballroom Dance at BYU and has taught both individual and group lessons, from beginners to advanced students. She helps partners find comfortable, connected movement. Her attention to detail supports a clearer, more confident partnership.

Beyond the routine

Good dancing starts with good teaching.

We want you to understand your dancing, not simply memorize a sequence. Ask questions, practice what matters, and build skills that go with you when you leave the studio.

A standard private lesson is 45 minutes with one instructor, Eric or Bria. We arrange dates around current schedules; group classes and workshops are planned separately.
